CCSCNE is a refereed conference. All the submitted papers are subjected to a double-blind review process, and reviewed by up to five different reviewers. Authors of accepted papers are expected to register for the conference and present their work at the conference. Papers presented at the conference are included in an issue of the Journal of Computing Sciences in Colleges.

You will have limited time between paper acceptance notification and final copy submission. Therefore, we recommend that you format your initial submissions according to this format to save yourself time later.
Delete all references to yourself and your organization. Your paper must be anonymous .

your paper and author information on-line.
If you are submitting more than one paper, you must repeat this step for every paper you submit. You will be assigned a paper number and will choose your own password. A confirmation will be emailed to you. If you do not receive a confirmation, please email the the Papers Chairs at papers@ccscne.org.
Final versions of accepted papers should be submitted on the Presenters Page.
Resubmit a paper that has had changes or corrections made to it. You must have your assigned paper number and chosen password to resubmit you paper.
