CCSCNE Conference: Constraints on Venue
- The venue should have at least the following facilities:
- An auditorium to hold attendees for opening plenary.
Attendee count is around 200 in 1998.
- A banquet hall to hold attendees for Friday banquet and Saturday Lunch.
- At least four classrooms where concurrent sessions can be held.
Preferably, these classrooms should hold 40-50 people, and should be close together.
- A hall where vendors, posters and refreshments can all be housed together.
Preferably, this should be in the middle of the four classrooms mentioned above.
- Other considerations:
- Parking for attendees and a map from the lot to the conference hall (especially the auditorium where plenary is held).
- Hotel accommodations close by and a map from the hotel to the conference venue.
