CCSCNE Review Form for Panels/Tutorials/Workshops

This form can be printed and used to help prepare reviews. This year reviews will be submitted by email to the appropriate conference committee. To submit a review:
a. Copy this page into an email addressed (as appropriate) to panels@ccscne.org, workshops@ccscne.org, tutorials@ccscne.org ;
b. Make the Subject of the email: Review of proposal number xxxx (substituting the correct number);
c. Copy this page into the body of the email;
d. Fill out the page and send it.

There tends to be overlap between the tutorial and the workshop formats. While tutorials are 75 long, workshops are 3 hours long and are more hands-on. Given that some proposals provide some flexibility, rate the proposal on a scale between being a tutorial and a workshop. 1 - Clearly a tutorial
2 - Primarily a tutorial
3 - Could be tutorial or workshop
4 - Primarily a workshop
5 - Clearly a workshop
