There tends to be overlap between the tutorial and the workshop formats.
While tutorials are 75 long, workshops are 3 hours long and are
more hands-on. Given that some proposals provide some flexibility, rate
the proposal on a scale between being a tutorial and a workshop.

2 - Primarily a tutorial
3 - Could be tutorial or workshop
4 - Primarily a workshop
5 - Clearly a workshop
